As you are no doubt painfully aware, Orange County, CA has moved back to the purple tier, precluding indoor dining. Additionally, outdoor dining capacity is being limited in California. That said, we're determined to give our local tearooms as much business as possible within the guidelines provided.
Sat, Nov 21 at 11am & 2pm: Enola Holmes inspired tea at Paris In A Cup - No changes as this has always been planned for outdoor dining. Yea!
Sat, Dec 12 at 4pm: The Poirot Christmas candlelight holiday high tea is still on. We've been in touch with Pamela (of Pamela's Tea Room) and have agreed to take it "day by day" as well as consider all possibilities.

This colorful salad is brimming with fresh flavor it's it's perfect for the holidays. Servings: 6
Ready in: 20 minutes Prep

Ingredients Salad
2/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans , toasted
3/4 cup pomegranate arils
3 oz feta cheese , crumbled
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 Bartlett pears (firm but ripe), cored and sliced 9 oz baby spinach
Dressing
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp dijon mustard
Salt and pepper , to taste
Instructions
Whisk all dressing ingredients in a bowl to blend well. Place all salad ingredients in a large salad bowl, drizzle with desired amount of dressing then toss to evenly coat. Serve immediately.
