Moments after the dawn stars burst out into song, the surrounding elements began dancing to the heavenly music. That dance became what is now known as Tao Cheng, an age-old precursor to modern Tai Chi and Qi Gong. While the movements appear similar, their names are vastly different. As with many of the soft martial arts, the elegant movements can also be lethal to those on the other end of them.
